A great massage allows your brainwave activity to drop into alpha, theta, or delta states. Get the most out of your session by remaining in the state you've reached for a while longer. Once the hands-on portion of your massage has ended, your LMT will provide a pillow before exiting the room. When the 20 minutes has elapsed, the LMT will knock on the door before entering, announce that your nap time has ended and gradually turn up the lights before exiting again to allow you time to dress.
